Section 44
Repeal and defense
(1) The Arbitration Act, 2038 is repealed.
(2) In the case of arbitration proceedings which have commenced before the commencement of this Act, the procedure of the Arbitration Act, 2038 shall be followed.
(3) The deadline for filing a complaint and the grounds for filing a complaint to annul the arbitration decision made in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2038 shall be as mentioned in the Arbitration Act, 2038.
